Fit n’ Fast is a program that combines running and strength training, designed for those who want to improve both their running distance and pace while building a strong, athletic body. This program is perfect if you can already run 2.5 km and are ready to take your training to the next level. The goal is to enhance both your endurance and strength, keeping you injury-free and feeling stronger than ever.
Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll progress from running 2.5 km to over 7 km. By the end of the program, you’ll challenge yourself with your longest distance yet and test your fastest time over 2.5 km. This program is for anyone looking to improve their performance while feeling strong and confident—both on the track and in everyday life.

Level: Moderate
Focus: Running, strength and mobility.
Cardio: 2 running sessions per week
Sessions: Mix between running, strength training, core and mobility.
Workout split: 2 running sessions, 1 leg session and 1 upper body session per week.
