Cardio: HIIT every 4th session.
Sessions: WOD/HIIT sessions and hypertrophy focused strength sessions. The strength sessions focus on progressive overload, where you will be encouraged to do more reps, lift heavier, and recover faster. The repetitions have a specific tempo to challenge you optimally during the sessions!
