
Strenght Split is a strength training program designed to help you build strength, increase muscle mass, and develop a balanced physique. The program is based on a classic push–pull–legs split where the upper and lower body are trained through effective compound movements combined with complementary exercises.
The workouts include a mix of free weights and machines. Core exercises are included in the push workouts.

Level: Intermediate
Cardio: No dedicated cardio is included in the program, but light cardio can be added if desired.
Workouts: The sessions focus on classic strength exercises for the whole body. The program includes both free weight and machine-based exercises.
Split: The program follows a classic push–pull–legs structure with two different workouts per muscle group that alternate between weeks.
