
Fit n' Fast 2.0 is the sequel to Fit n' Fast and is designed for those who want to take their running and strength training to the next level.
The program starts at 5 km and takes you all the way to running 10 km. Over the course of these weeks, you will have the opportunity to improve your pace over shorter distances and run the 10 km in around an hour. You will also build a strong and athletic body with both traditional strength training and functional training.

Location: Gym
Level: Moderate / Advanced
Focus: Running, strength and mobility.
Cardio: 2 running sessions + 1 high intensive WOD session per week
Sessions: Mix between running, strength training, core and mobility.
Workout split: 2 running sessions, 1 "WOD", 1 leg session, 1 and 1 upper body session per week.
