
Fit n’ Fast 3.0 is the sequel to Fit n’ Fast and is designed for those who can already run 10K but want to keep progressing in their running and take the next step.
The program combines steady-paced distance runs with intervals, hill intervals, and functional training. You will also work with intervals on the rowing machine and ski erg to build both endurance and strength in a varied way.
The program also includes strength training to build a strong body and help prevent injuries.

Location: Gym
Level: Intermediate / Advanced
Focus: Running, strength, and mobility
Conditioning: 2 running sessions and 1 high-intensity WOD per week.
Sessions: A mix of running, strength training, core, and mobility.
Structure: 2 running sessions, 1 WOD, 1 leg session, and 1 upper-body session per week.
