4 portions pasta (280 g)Â
400 g shrimps (scampi)
3 tbsp pesto
100 g cocktail tomatoesÂ
1 ttbsp olive oilÂ
100 g zucchini
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Boil pasta.
Fry shrimps in oil.
Add cocktail tomatoes and grated zucchini.
Add salt & peper.
Mix pasta with shrimps together with pesto.Â
