LIFT & RUN

LIFT & RUN is a guide with focus on getting stronger, tightening your body, build muscles and get more endurance at the same time. The guide is based on a mix between compound movements, pyramidsets, dropsets, maxreps and running sessions to increase endurance and fat burning. 

8 weeks long

5 sessions/week 

Location: Gym

Level: Moderate / Advanced

Focus: Get stronger / Tone your body / Build muscles

Cardio: Cardio is included, running and intervals

Sessions: Mix between compound movements, pyramidsets, dropsets, maxreps and running.

Workout split: The muscle groups are divided into a 4-split. 2 leg days, 1 day with delts/core/cardio, 1 day with back/core and 1 running session per week.
