POWER BOOST BUSY

POWER BOOST BUSY is a guide with focus on getting stronger, tightening your body, build muscles and get more endurance at the same time. The guide is based on a mix between compound movements, circle sets and HIIT sessions to increase endurance and fat burning. 

8 weeks long

3 sessions/week 

Location: Gym

Level: Moderate / Advanced

Focus: Get stronger / Tone your body / Build muscles

Cardio: Cardio is included + HIIT sessions to increase endurance and fat burning. 

Sessions: Mix between compound movements, circle sets and exercises to increase endurance. 

Workout split: The muscle groups are divided into a 3-split. 1 leg sessions, 1 upper body session and 1 HIIT session per week.
