POWER BOOST 3.0

POWER BOOST 3.0 is a guide with focus on getting stronger, tightening your body, build muscles and get more endurance at the same time. The guide is based on a mix between compound movements, circle sets and HIIT sessions to increase endurance and fat burning.

5 sessions/week 

Location: Gym

Level: Advanced

Focus: Get stronger / Tone your body / Build muscles

Cardio: Cardio is included + HIIT sessions to increase endurance and fat burning. 

Sessions: Mix between compound movements, circle sets and exercises to increase endurance. 

Workout split: The muscle groups are divided into a 4-split. 2 leg days, 1 day with delts/core/cardio, 1 day with back/core and 1 HIIT session per week.
