How much does it cost?

  • The price depends on which period you choose. You can pay monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, or yearly. All current prices are available under Join.


Can I try the app for free?

  • Yes! You get 7 days free when you start a subscription. The trial starts immediately, and if you do not want to continue, you need to cancel before the first payment is charged.


How do I register?

Which program should I choose?

How do I know how much I should eat?

  • You can use our calorie calculator in the app, which calculates your needs based on your goals, activity level, and body.


Do I get personal coaching?

  • The app is not based on 1:1 coaching, but you get clear programs, guides, and tools that help you step by step toward your goals.


Can I customize the programs to fit me?

  • Yes! You can adjust exercises, adapt sessions, and structure your training in a way that fits your everyday life and level.


Do I need previous training experience?

  • No, the app suits both beginners and more experienced users. You get guidance all the way and can choose your level based on your prerequisites.


Can I train at home or do I need a gym?

  • You can train both at home and at the gym. There are programs for different setups, so you can choose what fits you best.


Can I cancel at any time? Is there a binding period?

  • Yes! You can cancel at any time, there is no binding period. However, please note that the subscription renews automatically if you do not actively cancel it before the next payment period.


How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log in on the website, go to your account settings, and choose to cancel your subscription. If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, you need to cancel through their settings.


How do I change my subscription?

  • To change plans, you first need to cancel your current subscription. When your period has ended, you can choose a new plan.


Why was I charged again even though I selected a period?

  • The subscription renews automatically after your selected period. If you do not want to continue, you need to cancel before the next charge.


How do I update my card details?

  • Go to account settings and update your payment method under "Subscriptions". The change applies to upcoming payments.


Can I change the billing date?

  • No, you cannot change the date of an active subscription. If you want a different date, you need to cancel and start a new subscription.


What happens if a payment fails?

  • If a payment fails, a new attempt is made automatically. If the issue continues, contact us and we will help you further, for example with manual payment.


Can I use my wellness allowance?

  • Yes! We are connected to several wellness portals, including:
