SCULPT HER 2.0 is the next step for those who have completed the first program or already have some training experience. The structure builds further on strength, endurance, and control – still with a focus on glutes and legs, but with increased variety and intensity. The strength sessions challenge you to lift heavier, run faster, and push a little further – always at your own pace. You'll continue working with progressive overload, and be guided to improve both technique and capacity. Functional elements are included to strengthen the whole body and boost your athletic performance.

Cardio: Low’ and high impact cardio training.
Sessions: Strength sessions aimed at training the entire body with an extra emphasis on legs and glutes. Cardiovascular training to burn fat, increase speed, and enhance endurance.
